San Cristobal Elegancia Imperial Cigar Review
The 6x52 stick has a dark tan smooth, firm wrapper, with tight seams, dry, paper bag feel, triple-cap, and sweet woody aroma. The first light shows a perfect draw, with a medium-full smoke output, bitter peppery tobacco flavors, and a long, bitter, oily finish. The bitterness is gone by the third, but the first third retains a peppery zing. This may be due to it taking several months to get smooth. The draw flavors are mild-medium dry, which is very different from the rest of San Cristobals. Halfway through, the roughness is down a bit, but it is still present. The body is medium-medium with a slight oily slick on the lips. For any questions regarding San Cristobal Cigars feel free to give us a call at (215) 576-5300.
San Cristobal Lancero Cigar Review
The 7.5x38 stick was a great burn, with a good draw. It is slightly firmer than the average stick and has just the right amount of resistance. The flavors were intense and rich. They were also very smooth and only medium-bodied. There were many flavor transitions, some swapping and others coming and going at different points. These combinations were extremely well crafted and very enjoyable. Combinations of bread, oily skin, cream, coffee, espresso, and touches of pepper were all available to me. The draw flavor lingered in your mouth for a long time. The smoke was thick, rich, and chewy.
San Cristobal Monumento Cigar Review
The 7.25 x 49 stick has an oily dark chocolate wrapper that is slightly toothed and quite firm. It has a sweet, cocoa-like aroma and a rich tobacco flavor. It was quite strong, reaching full strength at the end. This is not a good smoke for early morning. There were some minor issues with the burn, but it was not difficult to stop. There were many flavors to choose from, including mocha, cream, coffee, mocha, and wood. Although the draw was initially a little firm, it quickly became looser.
