Undercrown Maduro Flying Pig incorporates the same rare tobaccos from Brazil and Nicaragua as Drew Estate’s Liga Privada but from different primings and vintages. These are all encased in a dark brown Maduro wrapper from San Andres, Mexico. The wrapper lends a spiciness while the tobacco blend brings forward flavors of espresso and cashews. You might notice that the lion emblem on the Undercrown’s band resembles the Detroit Lions‘ logo.
Dick Butkus, of Chicago Bears fame, is one of the most feared linebackers of all time. He has a strong affinity towards cigars from CAO.
