The Oliva Serie O is a true Nicaraguan Habano Puro. The unusual blend is achieved by growing Cuban-seed Habano in different northern regions of Nicaragua. Under the Oliva Cigar Company, the Estelí, Condega and Jalapa Valley regions produce a rich distinct variant of this rich tobacco.

The Serie O has an oily, dark brown Habano-Nicaraguan wrapper and similar blend of binder and fillers. The flavors of dark tobacco are abundant with notes of cedar, nuts and spice.

While travelling the narrow, cobblestone streets of London I noticed a sign in a pub window that said "Cigar smoking actively encouraged". With the rain upon me, I quickly popped in only to discover I only had not one cigar on me. Wanting to linger at the pub for a few hours till skies opened up, I asked the bartender if they sold cigars on the premises. Unfortunately they did not.
