Rocky Patel initially introduced his Grand Reserve line in 2018 to a few international markets which did not include the US. Frequently, when a manufacturer targets an "international" audience it does so because they want comparisons to Cuban cigars. Not so with the Grand Reserve Robusto. It most definitely stands on its' own. Rolled in Honduras at the El Paraiso factory, an operation owned by Nestor Plasencia, the Rocky Patel Grand Reserve uses a mix of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos enclosed inside of an Ecuadoran Habano wrapper. This marriage produces a medium-bodied masterpiece created for all premium-cigar lovers worldwide. This latest offering from Rocky is filled with savory notes of espresso beans, earth and nuts, and a subtle spice. Another gem from this internationally known powerhouse!
