The DBL MAFU Maduro Gorda is a large and flavorful cigar that offers a pleasant array of tasting notes and transitions from foot to nub. The cigar is comprised of an oily and toothy San Andres Maduro wrapper enclosing a Havano Vuelta Abajo binder and Corojo 99 and Pennsylvania Broadleaf long-fillers. The MAFU Maduro Gorda is a medium to full bodied smoke featuring flavors of cocoa, cream, spice and a natural tobacco sweetness. At 8 x 60, the MAFU Maduro Gorda is one of the largest sticks in the DBL catalogue. It is said to be named after a local man who would offer to clean the DBL Factory in exchange for cigars.
